Changes

For my final project, I want to create a device that works like an etch-a-sketch. I will use two potentiometers as the controls for the device. One potentiometer controls going up and down while the other one controls going left and right. Drawing a line on a screen is similar to drawing a line on an etch-a-sketch. The etch-a-sketch was known as a “magical screen” or a “magic pad”, much like a computer screen is seen today. It is a drawing toy. I want to create a high-tech version of a kid’s toy and take it to another level by maybe adding other features (still to be determined). An etch-a-sketch is manually operated and it made drawing fun. I want to be able to show how almost everything in this world is becoming automated and how even though technological improvements are supposed to make things more efficient, they sometimes take the joy out of the little things we value.
