* Motivation
I was intrigued by the Rorschach test, where people are shown ink blots and they have to say the first thing that comes to mind when they see it. This led me to think about how we tend to categorize things and sometimes we see images that are not really there. I wanted to explore this cognitive function by creating a project that would do just that- create ink blots that could look like the viewer.

* Interactive Paradigm
The viewer will be shown random inkblots on the screen. When the user is visible on the screen, the inkblots will start to form a silhouette of the viewer. I want to see how long it takes the viewer to recognize him or herself, by creating this ambiguity about the ink blots. Are the ink blots just random or is there a picture the viewer is supposed to see?

* Technical Description
The inkblots are created through Processing. The viewer-computer interaction will be made possible through the use of the webcam or openCV.
