== Midterm ==
My proposal for the midterm project is to create a double-runner track that a metal (conductive) ball will roll down, triggering multiple lights. I plan on making the track in an interesting layout as well as the lights. Whenever I want a light to turn on, I will connect wires to the track. The two rails of the track will create a break in the circuit, so when the ball rolls over this break, it will complete the circuit, turning on the light. I will most likely be using relays in order for the electric current itself to turn on the light.I may also put a contact at the end of the track that shuts all the lights off when the ball stops.
