This project uses the [[http://www.varesano.net/projects/hardware/FreeIMU FreeIMU]] code library to interface with read the various motion sensorsand calculate sensor-fused orientation. You should I've attached a copy of the FreeIMU_quaternion code here, you only have need to upload the FreeIMU_quaternion code it once. Be sure to change the baud rate in the program to the max baud for the Arduino Pro Mini, 38400 bps.
